Stretch University - What We Do Resistance Stretching is the revolutionary technique that utilizes a person's own resistance in the strengthening and elongating of muscles. Resistance Stretching has been scientifically proven to: offers immediate, cumulative, and permanent increases in flexibility, takes the pain out of stretching, protects one from injury caused by over-stretching, results in gains in both strength and aerobic capacity, improves performance accuracy, creates more powerful, explosive, and core stable movements.

The basic tenets of muscular flexibility state that muscles stretch best if contracted while lengthening them. The resulting increases in strength and flexibility are immediate. This system works along the meridians of the body, (like in traditional Chinese medicine or acupuncture) energizing muscle tissue and increasing blood flow to the organs. Mind and muscle are reconnected instantly as muscle length is restored. There is no true substitute for stretching.

What We Offer:
1/2 hr private self stretches
1/2 hr assisted stretches
1hr assisted stretches/mashing (foot massage)
1hr 2 people assisted stretching/mashing (foot massage)

We can do Groups 4-6 people, some self some assisted stretching. (Classes are definitely coming soon. TBA)
